These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the GameofYY subscription gaming service offered to customers of a participating Mobile Network Operator in South Africa. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Service means the GameofYY subscription-based mobile gaming portal providing access to games and digital content.
• Subscriber / User / You means the mobile customer subscribing to the Service.
• Operator means the participating South African mobile network operator billing the subscription.
• Provider means the owner/operator of GameofYY.
• Subscription Fee means the recurring fee charged for access.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
• You must be the authorised user of the mobile number.
• Service is available only on supported South African networks.

3. Subscription and Billing

• By subscribing, you authorise billing via Operator.
• Daily: R7 per day
• Charges recur automatically until cancelled.
• Standard data charges may apply.

4. Free Trial

Free trial may apply. After trial, subscription continues automatically unless cancelled.

5. How to Subscribe

• USSD
• SMS / Direct Carrier Billing
• Web/WAP portal
• Operator self-care portal

6. Cancellation

• You may cancel anytime.
• Methods include SMS STOP, USSD, or website.
• No refunds for unused period unless required by law.

7. Access to Service

• Access available during active subscription.
• Requires internet and compatible device.
• Content may change without notice.

8. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or fraudulent use
• No hacking or reverse engineering
• No bots or automation

9. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to the Provider or licensors.

10. Promotions

Promotions and competitions may have additional rules.

11. Service Availability

Service is provided “as available” without guarantee of uptime.

12. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for network issues or device incompatibility
• No liability for data loss or indirect damages

13. Refund Policy

Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

14. Privacy

Data processed as per POPIA.

15. Consumer Rights

All rights under South African law remain applicable.

16. Amendments

Terms may be updated anytime.

17. Governing Law

Republic of South Africa laws apply.
